This rare mixed-media canvas consists of only two different images of lips and graphic artefacts. It's issued from a scene in the short film Out of reach (rain night). The Poet summons the memory of Sara's lips by pressing her phone number on a public cabin. Every beep is a blink, a fraction of a second, a garbled mix of an imagined phone transmission noise and the reminiscence of the longed-for, unreachable lost love.

Erik Parys was awarded the Best Editing Prize in the Film category in the Naples Cultural Classic festival for Out of Reach (Rain Night). The jury, composed of a pool of film editors, praised the innovative combination of both extremely short and extremely long shots, edited both in time and space and working coherently in harmony in a single short film. During the ceremony, they declared "in 40 years of editing career, I had never witnessed such an achievement".
